Mr. Ranjan Rathi

Founder & Director of Reliable Digital Expert (RDX)

From Selling Fritters (Namkeen) to Building Brands – The Rise of Marketing

Selling has always been his strong suit — and he did it without wearing one until he could afford to sell in one.
Mr. Ranjan Rathi began his career selling fritters on the streets of Indore. His ways were different even back then. His marketing instincts started forming the day he told everyone that in India, you don’t have to pay for tasting.

Coming up with some of the most unique strategies, there was only one thing he could think of as an advertiser — to grow. After understanding the rawest forms of markets and interacting with the public across various sectors like education and healthcare, he honed his skills.

“The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well that the product or service fits him and sells itself,” rightly quoted by Peter Drucker. Once he knew his heart craved selling, his skill set was built through struggle — making it strong at the core. Being among the most raw side of people in his early days helped him understand his customers deeply.

In 2013, Mr. Ranjan Rathi founded Reliable Digital Expert. His belief in himself and his work led him toward a path of absolute fulfillment. He began as a one-man army, slowly becoming two and then ten within a year. In 2014, the real estate sector witnessed a downfall, which affected the brand still in its infancy. Vulnerable to the loss, he learned valuable lessons. The year 2016 thus became a turning point — a period of deep learning, especially in the advertising sector.

The best way to communicate with customers is through advertising. Advertising educates consumers about brands and the range of products available in the market. It’s for everyone — young and old alike — and is carried out using various media and methodologies. Mr. Rathi understood this very well and embraced the change.

Later, Mrs. Neha Rathi joined the team with her expert SEO skills — able to find valuable keywords like a jeweler identifies diamonds. With shared intellect and vision, Mr. and Mrs. Rathi together entered the medical sector, achieving success as their work delivered visible results.

In 2020–2021, during the pandemic, doctors faced immense challenges. They directly supported doctors with marketing and helped the public with the right information dissemination.

When they began RDX in 2013, digital presence wasn’t a major factor. Newspapers and radio dominated the market. After demonetization, however, the public realized that the digital world had become the need of the hour.

Thus came the dawn of digitalization. The lockdown made people realize that the digital market never takes a day off — it never shuts down. As commercialization surged, companies realized they needed leads. While others promised engagement in three months, we promised leads in the first month itself — and delivered results that spoke for themselves.

In the past, printed marketing materials were the only way to reach consumers. In recent years, however, reaching customers via email, SMS, blogs, television, and websites has become the norm. Yet, it’s crucial that the message remains consistent across all platforms. For example, the same logo should appear on your website and emails. Similarly, your blogs, websites, and TV ads should carry the same message.

A stronger brand-consumer relationship comes from a data-driven integrated marketing approach — one that identifies consumer insights and builds strategies using the right mix of offline and online channels. With rapid changes in the media and advertising industries, this approach has multiplied in importance. It has evolved into a key strategy for developers and marketers alike.

The technical expertise brought to RDX by Neha SEO Solutions created a perfectly balanced partnership between the two brands. As RDX developed websites, Neha SEO Solutions ensured that the client remained our top priority across all platforms — a principle that made our advertising strategy successful.

Once established, an integrated marketing process benefits a company immensely. Today, many businesses focus on building this communication process for others. Whether you do it yourself or seek professional help, one thing remains true — it’s all about successful marketing communication.
